Which formula is right for me?
Each product card shows who the formula is for. If you'd like a recommendation, the assessment asks about your age, how long you have been trying to conceive and whether a healthcare practitioner has advised added support, then points you to one formula.
When should I start taking it?
For the preconception and prenatal formulas, start about 90 days before trying to conceive. Prenatal formulas continue throughout pregnancy. Postnatal starts soon after childbirth and continues while breastfeeding.
What does NPN mean?
A Natural Product Number is the licence number Health Canada issues to a natural health product once it has been assessed for safety, efficacy and quality. The NPN is printed on each product.
How do I take it?
Dosage differs by formula. You'll find the directions on each product page and on the label.
